01 / Global Sourcing & Fulfillment
EYEFUL operates as a global archive. Our specimens are sourced directly from our network of artisanal manufacturers and specialized foundries. Consequently, shipping times reflect the care required for international transit and specialized preservation packaging.
02 / Processing & Curation Time
Orders typically undergo a curation and inspection period of 3-5 business days before being released for shipment. During this time, we verify the structural integrity of your artifact and secure it in its custom preservation box.
03 / Estimated Delivery Windows
Delivery times vary based on the destination and the nature of the artifact:
- Standard Archive Shipping: 10-20 business days.
- Express Courier: 5-10 business days (Available for select specimens).
Note: These are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions or local holidays.
04 / Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International Importer Responsibility: When you purchase from EYEFUL.SHOP, you are the official Importer of Record. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in our pricing and will not be refunded in the event of a return.
05 / Tracking & Transit Security
Once your artifact is dispatched, a digital tracking credential will be issued to the email provided. For the safety of the specimen, we strictly utilize carriers that provide door-to-door tracking. We are not responsible for "lost" packages where the tracking status is marked as "Delivered."
06 / Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address. If an artifact is returned to the archive due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
