What is the "Archive Fulfillment" window?
As each specimen is sourced through our direct network of artisanal foundries, please allow 3–5 business days for curation and quality inspection. Once dispatched, global transit typically takes 10–20 business days via our secure logistics partners.
Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?
By purchasing from EYEFUL.SHOP, the customer is designated as the Importer of Record. Any local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by your specific jurisdiction are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.
Why does my artifact have minor surface variations?
Many of our artifacts are hand-finished or high-fired at 1280°C. Small "pinholes," variations in metallic luster, or unglazed bases are not defects; they are technical identifiers of the artisanal process and the kiln's atmospheric conditions.
Is every shipment trackable?
Yes. Upon the release of your specimen from our studio, a digital tracking credential will be issued to your provided email. We utilize door-to-door tracking to ensure the security of the artifact until it reaches your archive.
What is the "Heirloom Intent" return policy?
We offer a 7-day reclamation window for items in their original preservation packaging. Due to the high cost of international logistics, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artifact arrived with documented transit damage.
