Returns & Reclamation Policy

01 / The Curation Guarantee
At EYEFUL, every artifact is inspected for structural integrity and aesthetic fidelity before it enters the global logistics chain. Due to the limited, curated nature of our specimens, we operate under a specific set of return parameters.
02 / Eligibility Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made beyond this window will be archived as final sales. To be eligible, the artifact must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, custom-fitted Eyeful preservation packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
03 / Non-Returnable Items
Certain artifacts are exempt from being returned:
- Limited Edition "One-of-One" specimens.
- Items damaged through customer mishandling or improper display.
- Final Sale items designated as "Legacy Archive."
04 / Damage & Transit Issues
If your artifact arrives compromised due to transit, you must contact us at eyeful.shop@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include high-resolution photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and issue a replacement or full refund.
05 / The Return Process
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value artifacts, we strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
06 / Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
